I currently have over 19 years of real estate experience, working in multiple fields. I started off my real estate
running some of the top agent offices in the Hampton Roads area. I then moved on to working strictly in the
foreclosure area, running a busy foreclosure department. I’ve always loved working with new construction, so
when I was offered a job as the new construction coordinator, working with a custom home builder, I couldn’t
pass up the opportunity. There I oversaw everything from contract to closing (permitting, plans, inspections,
keeping the build on track, and CO). I was asked to come work for an appraisal firm, which was something I
had not considered previously. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to learn a new aspect of the real estate
field. For the past seven years I have been working strictly as a Certified Residential Appraiser. My passion is
still new construction, but I am also one of the few that complete high-end (multi-million) oceanfront
property appraisals. I love all aspects of appraisals and the puzzles it throws at me each day.
